From 14 to 17 May 2017, PhD students from several European universities met international experts in the field of transnational television in Aarhus to discuss the changing conditions and research challenges in the studies of TV production, creativity, distribution and reception. This blog reports on the insights and debates of the days. On the 6th of June 2018, PhD students in the field of Transnational Television had another opportunity to learn more about the dark ‘arts’ of pitching and networking and why they are key for what comes after the PhD.
